Describing how it feels to live in a place far from home is difficult. It’s as though this feeling slowly takes away your life, your youth and so much more, without you even realising it.
My family is here, yet I still feel far away from home.
I have plenty of people around me, and I don’t feel like a stranger in this country. However, I still feel like a ‘foreigner’ within the English community.
But as I live in this city for now, I am a Londoner.
