The traditional nomadic walk from Delikkemer to Patara which was organised by the Patara Muhtarligi and Patara Assocition is truly a multicultural event where locals, ex-pats and tourist walk along with each other accompanied by camels, horses and donkeys.
The walkers had a break at ‘Tavas’ by a Lycian water well and enjoyed the picnic meal which was accompanied by traditional music and dance.
I am sure this nomadic walk will be one of the best muliticultural events in Turkey in the coming years.
